The equipment is a free-standing welded structure (building 1) with elements placed on it:
– a working table with a sealing tool of pulsed heating of a given configuration (2);
– a pressure plate with a damper coating (3) and a pneumatic drive for lifting and lowering the plate;
– control unit for sealing and cutting modes (4);
– control system (5) .
Description of work:
The film material is placed by the operator on the working table of the installation, covering the sealing tool.
By simultaneously pressing the buttons (6), the operator sets in motion a pneumatic drive that lowers the pressure plate onto the work table and presses the film material. At the moment the plate is pressed against the surface of the desktop, the pulse heating of the tool is automatically switched on according to the sealing parameters set on the control unit. At the end of the set sealing/cutting time, the upper traverse automatically returns to its original position.
The operator removes the finished product and the flash film, puts the film on the table to repeat the process.
